Expansion of Equipment and Facilities
A cornerstone of our progress has been significant investment in enhancing equipment and infrastructure. Among the main initiatives, we are proud to highlight:
- A new three-wheel forklift, designed to operate efficiently in tighter storage areas, improving internal logistics management.
- A forklift with an 8-ton lifting capacity, allowing us to easily handle steel coils and large sheet metal components, overcoming previous limitations and offering greater flexibility.
Technological Innovations in Production Lines
In 2024, we undertook a major expansion and modernization of our production lines to improve the quality and efficiency of our processes. Key initiatives include:
- The installation of three advanced CNC punching machines, including one that replaced a hydraulic machine with an electric version, delivering improvements in precision, production times, and energy efficiency.
- The addition of three new press brakes, including one capable of working on profiles up to 10,100 mm in length with a maximum pressure of 450 tons, expanding customization possibilities and meeting specific client requirements.
Product Range Expansion and New Opportunities
To meet the growing demands of the market, we have expanded our product range with the introduction of a new corrugated sheet production line. This investment enables us to offer a high-quality, standardized solution suitable for modular projects and customized constructions, enhancing the value we deliver to our clients.
Sustainability and Energy Optimization
In addition to technological investments, we have implemented measures to reduce our environmental impact. The replacement of hydraulic machines with electric alternatives and the optimization of production lines are significant steps in our long-term strategy to ensure greater energy efficiency and sustainability.
As part of this effort, we are expanding our photovoltaic system, increasing its current capacity of 250 kW by an additional 180 kW, maximizing the use of renewable energy and reducing emissions.
